As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to manage and further develop our spare parts and after-sales division.
In this versatile role, you will be the central point of contact for our customers, ensuring the professional handling of all processes related to spare parts in after-sales.

YOUR TASKS

  • Responsibility for the spare parts business and associated after-sales activities
  • Customer and internal spare parts consultation and support
  • Creation and tracking of offers
  • Order processing from order to delivery
  • Ensuring efficient warehouse management and spare parts availability
  • Goods receipt inspection and storage of spare parts
  • Picking, staging, and providing spare parts for our service technicians
  • Packaging and Shipping Spare Parts to Customers and Service Locations
  • Processing of complaints and warranty claims with suppliers and customers
  • Care and expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Optimization of Processes in the Spare Parts and Service Sector
  • Close cooperation with Engineering, Internal Services, Purchasing, and Sales

YOUR PROFILE

  • Basic technical or commercial training
  • Experience in spare parts, customer service, service, or after-sales is a plus.
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
  • Technical understanding and organizational skills
  • Enjoyment of hands-on work with administrative and logistical tasks
  • Safe handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
  • Good English skills, Italian a plus

Paper pays off for people and the environment in the long term. It is even better to use paper with a high recycled content. Recycled paper optimizes water and energy consumption and thus protects the environment and climate by reducing waste. Recycled paper offers a wide range of added value for all users.

Plastic packaging with recycled content

Polyethylene films are increasingly being produced with a proportion of recycled material, which - as far as technically possible - is being continuously increased. They are the most modern and safest quality packaging for all branches of industry. Due to their low density and excellent physical and mechanical properties, PE films have major advantages over paper, cardboard, metal and glass.
