Pallet magazine

Pallet magazines for the safe, efficient and ergonomic storage of your pallets

Pallet magazines are used for the automatic storage and provision of empty pallets. They save space, create order in the warehouse and make the workplace safer. As stacking and unstacking is automatic, employees no longer have to lift heavy pallets by hand. This relieves strain on the back and reduces the risk of injury. Our sturdy pallet magazines can be flexibly integrated into your storage, shipping or production areas. This allows you to improve your internal processes, work more ergonomically and always maintain an overview in the warehouse. This is ideal for all companies that want to make their logistics more efficient, safer and more organized.

What is a pallet magazine?

A pallet magazine is an automated system for stacking and unstacking pallets. It improves the flow of pallets in warehouses, production or shipping and works quickly, safely and in a space-saving manner. At the same time, employees are relieved as there is no need to lift heavy pallets manually.

How does a pallet magazine work?

1. stack pallets:
Empty or loaded pallets are inserted into the magazine and automatically stacked into an orderly pile.

2. unstack the pallets:
The system dispenses the pallets individually or in stacks to conveyor systems or operating personnel as required to ensure a continuous supply.

3. automatic control:
Modern pallet magazines have integrated control systems that can be flexibly adapted to warehouse or production processes.

4. security included:
Light barriers, safety enclosures or emergency stop systems ensure safe working, even with automated transfer.

Packaging - As much as necessary,
as little as possible

BVS uses the NaturePak label for products that enable ecologically sound use, reduce CO2 emissions and generate less waste, regardless of the packaging material used.

Our strategy

  • Less packaging means less waste
  • Better protection through high quality
  • Packaging materials made from recycled raw materials or equivalent proportions
  • Economical packaging systems reduce material and energy consumption
  • Ecological customer solutions regardless of material
  • Objective information about different packaging materials

Packaging made from recycled paper

Paper pays off for people and the environment in the long term. It is even better to use paper with a high recycled content. Recycled paper optimizes water and energy consumption and thus protects the environment and climate by reducing waste. Recycled paper offers a wide range of added value for all users.

  • Protects the environment and reduces CO2 emissions
  • Saves energy and water
  • Less waste through optimal recycling

Plastic packaging with recycled content

Polyethylene films are increasingly being produced with a proportion of recycled material, which - as far as technically possible - is being continuously increased. They are the most modern and safest quality packaging for all branches of industry. Due to their low density and excellent physical and mechanical properties, PE films have major advantages over paper, cardboard, metal and glass.

  • Protects the environment and reduces CO2 emissions
  • Can be recycled again and again
  • Is a lightweight material with a high protective effect
  • Significantly reduces food waste when used in the food industry
  • Generates much less waste than glass, metal or paper
