The AIRplus® GTI produces air-filled packaging pads at a speed of 23 meters per minute. The high speed and short start-up time make this machine an efficient and effective option for start and stop operation. In combination with the Autofeed, this machine can be easily integrated into any Speed Line. Storage containers are therefore a thing of the past. A coil table for winding 800 mm wide film rolls is available for the GTI XL. The AIRplus GTI-XL is a rental machine. No investment is required.

Packaging made from recycled paper
Paper pays off for people and the environment in the long term. It is even better to use paper with a high recycled content. Plastic packaging with recycled content
Polyethylene films are increasingly being produced with a proportion of recycled material, which - as far as technically possible - is being continuously increased. They are the most modern and safest quality packaging for all branches of industry. Due to their low density and excellent physical and mechanical properties, PE films have major advantages over paper, cardboard, metal and glass.
