Thermal transfer printer
With the AutoLabel 500 thermal transfer printer, graphics, text and barcodes can be printed directly onto the AUTOBAG bags. This eliminates the need for separate labeling, simplifies maintenance and reduces the cost of consumables. The printer supports both linear and 2D barcodes in a variety of symbologies for maximum flexibility in product identification, traceability and compliance marking. Pre-installed and downloadable fonts are ideal for batch or date codes and other legible product information, while high-resolution graphic printing enables visual verification and branding on packaging. Labels up to 100 mm wide and up to 500 mm long can be printed. The AutoLabel thermal transfer ribbon matched to the system is scratch, smudge and abrasion resistant and ensures durable, crisp and high quality labels. The AutoLabel Designer label creation software makes it easy to create and manage user-defined labels. Thanks to the improved database connection, labels can be stored, shared and printed on the network.
In combination with the AB 500 pouch packaging system, a complete print-n-pack system is created.
