Automatic parts feeding
The DG FlexFeeder 603 is a flexible parts feeding system for small and medium-sized parts that makes the handling and packaging of parts more efficient and cost-effective. With its integrated vision system, it offers speed and precision for cycle times of up to 300 parts per minute. The system is optimized for handling parts between 15 and 150 mm with a minimum thickness of 2 mm. It feeds the parts gently and also separates wedged parts effectively thanks to vibration technology. The machine can be changed over to a new component in less than 5 minutes. The robust feed table prevents fluctuations and ensures a continuous flow of parts with short cycle times.
