With the Ergofeed system, air cushions are not only dispensed particularly quickly, but also according to individual specifications - optimally matched to the shipping goods. The employee simply specifies how many airbags are to be dispensed and separated at the touch of a button or automatically (on demand) after the airbags have been removed. Individual settings for the angle of inclination and height of the ergofeed guarantee that the packaging process is always ergonomic. The Ergofeed system is available as a lift or container system for customized integration into any packaging line. The machine is a rental system. No investment is necessary. In combination with the AIRplus air cushion system, the PAKLINK software calculates the number of air cushions required for each package. PAKLINK uses this to control the amount of cushioning material that is dispensed via the dispenser.
The Ergofeed is primarily used in logistics and packaging centers to make the packaging process more efficient.

Plastic packaging with recycled content
