Technical data

PadPak Junior converts multi-ply kraft paper into protective padding where required. It provides fast and efficient cushioning, securing and anchoring for low volume packaging requirements. The converter forms the paper into a protective and shock-absorbing paper cushion using a patented folding and stapling process. PadPak Junior is user-friendly and requires only brief training. The operator makes new pads by raising a handle to the desired pad length and lowering the handle to cut. The versatile machine can be seamlessly integrated into existing packaging processes and requires no basic investment as it is available as a rental machine. By using 100% recyclable paper, PadPak Junior makes an active contribution to waste prevention and replaces conventional, difficult-to-recycle packaging materials such as polystyrene. This not only protects the environment, but also optimizes the use of resources.
