Sampling and small series production of constructive packaging is carried out using the latest computer-controlled plotter technology. The packaging is then put through its paces in the laboratory with original products or product dummies on our drop test system. The solutions developed in this way guarantee safe and damage-free transportation of the products from A to B. After successful testing, the packaging undergoes various production steps such as cutting, punching and hot grooving. Additional elements such as welded or fold-out ribs ensure optimum stability. The result is a packaging solution that combines maximum efficiency with maximum protection.
Constructive packaging made of PE foam is mainly used for packaging electronic items, household and kitchen appliances, computers, tools, mechanical parts, etc.

Plastic packaging with recycled content
Polyethylene films are increasingly being produced with a proportion of recycled material, which - as far as technically possible - is being continuously increased. They are the most modern and safest quality packaging for all branches of industry. Due to their low density and excellent physical and mechanical properties, PE films have major advantages over paper, cardboard, metal and glass.
