Our thermal transfer ribbons are suitable for the "Flathead" print head type and have a PET film as a carrier material with a special back coating. This protects the print head from static charge and deposits. On the other side, the film is coated with a color layer and a so-called quality. With a premium wax quality made from resin-enriched wax, our thermal transfer ribbons have a higher scratch and smudge resistance than conventional qualities and are suitable for printing on our PE chain bags. In addition, the thermal transfer ribbon is heat-resistant up to 100 °C and therefore very durable. When stored properly between 5 and 35 °C and 20 to 80 % relative humidity in dark, dry rooms, it has a shelf life of twelve months.
