Viper - the innovative hand strapping tool with touch display for efficient packaging

The Viper sets new standards in strapping technology. Thanks to its intuitive capacitive color touch display, it is particularly easy to operate. All functions can be controlled via the icon menu and the real-time values are clearly displayed even in poor lighting conditions. The lightweight device (approx. 3.9 kg incl. battery) can be operated ergonomically with one hand and is therefore ideal for vertical and horizontal strapping. Thanks to manual, semi-automatic or automatic mode with soft programs, the application adapts precisely to your needs.

The manual strapping tool saves up to eight individual settings, for example for tensioning force, speed and cooling time, allowing maximum flexibility and efficiency.

  • Compatible with PP and PET tapes in widths of 9, 12 and 16 mm (thickness 0.5-1.1 mm).
  • Clamping force ranges: standard 1200-2700 N, soft mode 500-1500 N.
