AB 500 - Pouch packaging machine with high output

The AB 500 is an innovative machine for automatically filling and closing large bags. It combines high reliability, flexibility and a fast production speed. With a capacity of more than 100 bags per minute, it ensures maximum machine availability and reduces operating costs at the same time.

Thanks to their flexible configuration, the control unit, cycle switch and bag loading area can be operated from either the left or right side. This facilitates handling and increases operator efficiency. The open design of the AB 500 enables compatibility with scales, counters and feeders. In addition, the machine can be set up with network capability, enabling full integration into packing stations and central monitoring.
