Custom protective packaging

Customized constructive packaging - efficient solutions for maximum product safety

Our constructive packaging offers optimum protection even for products with complex geometries. Precisely cut from sturdy corrugated cardboard or foam, these packaging solutions reliably protect your goods during transportation and storage. Thanks to clever interior fittings and well thought-out designs, parts, electronics or technical components can be packaged in a material-saving, impact-resistant and efficient manner - without any additional padding material. This means you benefit from an environmentally friendly, recyclable packaging solution that is both economical and sustainable.

What is constructive packaging?

Constructive packaging is specially developed transport packaging that is precisely tailored to a specific product or product group. The aim is to provide the best possible protection during storage and shipping. The packaging is individually adapted to the shape, size and sensitivity of the product and is often equipped with additional protective mechanisms such as padding or fixings.

Typical features of constructive packaging

  • Tailor-made fit: the packaging is adapted precisely to the dimensions and contours of the product
  • Protection against external influences: It reliably protects against shocks, vibrations, pressure loads and other stresses
  • Selection of suitable materials: Shock-absorbing materials such as PE foam or corrugated cardboard are often used
  • Practical functions: Constructive packaging is often designed to enable easy handling, securely hold the product in place and save space during storage

Areas of application

This type of packaging is particularly suitable for sensitive products such as technical equipment, medical instruments, electronics or even fragile works of art.

The advantages of constructive packaging at a glance

  • Maximum product protection: Minimizes damage during transport and storage
  • More efficient logistics: Easier handling and storage thanks to optimized packaging forms
  • Less packaging material: customization means less material is required than with standard solutions
  • Cost savings: Lower material costs and less transportation damage reduce expenses
  • Environmentally friendly: Many constructive packaging is recyclable or made from recycled material

Examples of the use of construction packaging

  • Packaging for technical devices: cardboard boxes with shock-absorbing foam inserts
  • Fixation packaging: Here, special holders or films hold the product in place, for example for medical endoscopes
  • Special packaging for sensitive components. They are tailor-made for electronic components or medical instruments
  • Art protection packaging: They enable the safe transportation of fragile works of art and sculptures

Packaging - As much as necessary,
as little as possible

BVS uses the NaturePak label for products that enable ecologically sound use, reduce CO2 emissions and generate less waste, regardless of the packaging material used.

Our strategy

  • Less packaging means less waste
  • Better protection through high quality
  • Packaging materials made from recycled raw materials or equivalent proportions
  • Economical packaging systems reduce material and energy consumption
  • Ecological customer solutions regardless of material
  • Objective information about different packaging materials

Packaging made from recycled paper

Paper pays off for people and the environment in the long term. It is even better to use paper with a high recycled content. Recycled paper optimizes water and energy consumption and thus protects the environment and climate by reducing waste. Recycled paper offers a wide range of added value for all users.

  • Protects the environment and reduces CO2 emissions
  • Saves energy and water
  • Less waste through optimal recycling

Plastic packaging with recycled content

Polyethylene films are increasingly being produced with a proportion of recycled material, which - as far as technically possible - is being continuously increased. They are the most modern and safest quality packaging for all branches of industry. Due to their low density and excellent physical and mechanical properties, PE films have major advantages over paper, cardboard, metal and glass.

  • Protects the environment and reduces CO2 emissions
  • Can be recycled again and again
  • Is a lightweight material with a high protective effect
  • Significantly reduces food waste when used in the food industry
  • Generates much less waste than glass, metal or paper
