L-sealing machine

Angle sealing machines for reliable film packaging of thermoplastics

Our angle sealing machines process thermoplastic films such as PE, PVC and PP, as well as polyolefin shrink films as half-tube material. Thanks to the precise film sealing, you receive stable sealing seams and therefore secure, professional packaging. They are ideal for packaging individual products or cartons. They are characterized by two sealing bars arranged at right angles, which create an L-shaped seal. These machines are often used in combination with shrink tunnels to pack products in shrink film. Benefit from simple operation, high packaging efficiency and durable technology that provides optimum protection for your products.

What is an angle welding machine?

An angle welding machine is a device that welds film safely and cleanly. The machine works with two sealing bars arranged at right angles. This creates a stable, L-shaped weld seam. Angle sealers are often used together with shrink tunnels to pack products in shrink film.

How the angle welding machine works

  1. Insert the product: The product is placed in a Semi-tubular film and pushed into the machine.
  2. Sealing: The machine closes the film at the edges with an L-shaped sealing frame.
  3. Remove product: The packaged product is removed or automatically transported onwards.
  4. Optional: shrink-wrapping. The shrink-wrapped product can then be Shrink tunnel are heated. The film stretches tightly around the product.

Areas of application for the angle welding machine

  • Packaging of individual products and product bundles, e.g. food, CDs, books, picture frames, etc.
  • Flexible packaging solutions are possible for products of different shapes and sizes
  • Semi-automatic and fully automatic processes are possible for small and large production series

Advantages of the angle welding machine

  • Fast and precise sealing for efficient packaging
  • Flexible adaptation to different product sizes and film types
  • The packaged goods are securely protected and attractively presented

Packaging - As much as necessary,
as little as possible

BVS uses the NaturePak label for products that enable ecologically sound use, reduce CO2 emissions and generate less waste, regardless of the packaging material used.

Our strategy

  • Less packaging means less waste
  • Better protection through high quality
  • Packaging materials made from recycled raw materials or equivalent proportions
  • Economical packaging systems reduce material and energy consumption
  • Ecological customer solutions regardless of material
  • Objective information about different packaging materials

Packaging made from recycled paper

Paper pays off for people and the environment in the long term. It is even better to use paper with a high recycled content. Recycled paper optimizes water and energy consumption and thus protects the environment and climate by reducing waste. Recycled paper offers a wide range of added value for all users.

  • Protects the environment and reduces CO2 emissions
  • Saves energy and water
  • Less waste through optimal recycling

Plastic packaging with recycled content

Polyethylene films are increasingly being produced with a proportion of recycled material, which - as far as technically possible - is being continuously increased. They are the most modern and safest quality packaging for all branches of industry. Due to their low density and excellent physical and mechanical properties, PE films have major advantages over paper, cardboard, metal and glass.

  • Protects the environment and reduces CO2 emissions
  • Can be recycled again and again
  • Is a lightweight material with a high protective effect
  • Significantly reduces food waste when used in the food industry
  • Generates much less waste than glass, metal or paper
