Fully automatic, on turntable
The AV300 is a turntable stretcher with motorized rollers and is perfect for palletized and non-palletized goods in automated conveyor lines. It wraps up to 35 pallets per hour. The movement is transmitted via a chain that is controlled by a frequency converter. This enables smooth acceleration, controlled braking and variable rotation speed.
The cutting and sealing unit is mounted on a pneumatically driven arm. This means that the film is always cut in the same place, even if the dimensions of the pallets change. The AV300 can be extended with useful accessories such as a small press, a cover plate dispenser or a tape adapter.
