The BagLoad Master is a compact bag packaging machine with a feeding system. It combines the processes of counting, feeding, printing, packaging and separating in one automated process. It is ideal if you want to pack small and medium-sized bulk goods precisely and quickly. The system achieves a packaging output of up to 25 bags per minute.

In combination with the PS 125 one-step pouch packaging machine, the feeding system represents a space-saving and efficient complete solution for automated pouch packaging processes.
Printing, packaging and separating take place in a single operation, which enables maximum efficiency and a high degree of automation.
The products are placed precisely into the open bags in the specified quantity using a robot arm.
The solution is ideal for small, stable and free-flowing bulk goods with a size of 3 to 50 mm.
