The PackMaster Easyformer is a modern carton erecting station and an efficient solution for semi-automatic packaging processes. The machine enables automatic folding and fixing of the lower carton flaps during the filling process while the operator supports the flaps. Thanks to the special design, the front and rear flaps are automatically folded over as soon as the carton is inserted at an angle and pressed down slightly. The side flaps are reliably closed by the pneumatic control, which keeps the carton base stable and makes filling cartons much easier. After filling, the operators close the top flaps manually before the cartons are forwarded to the taping machine or sealing station. Easy gliding on the roller conveyor optimizes handling and ensures a smooth packaging process. In combination with an adhesive tape machine and an outfeed roller conveyor, the EASY FORM 50 forms a compact, productive, semi-automatic packaging line.
