The RO 3001 continuous rotary heat sealer offers a reliable and high-quality solution for the industrial processing of prefabricated bags made of various materials such as PE, PP, PVC and PA-PE as well as heat-sealable laminates such as PAPER/PE and AL/PE bags. The machine is equipped with a digital thermostat, which ensures precise temperature control and therefore high quality weld seams. The continuously adjustable sealing speed of 2 to 12 m/min allows flexible adaptation to different production requirements. The rapid cooling of the weld seam and the adjustable welding pressure allow different material thicknesses to be processed efficiently. The user-friendly design with height-adjustable welding head and simple conversion to different dimensions makes handling considerably easier.
