How it works

The paper packaging is produced in variable sizes and is always adapted to the respective dimensions of the fed products. The product runs into the paper web and is pulled off in front of the product by a gripper take-off. The paper is then provided with a hot melt track in the transverse direction, the transverse seam is closed and the paper is separated. The product, now in a paper sleeve, runs into the downstream side folding station. There, the excess paper is folded to the left and right until the product has reached the correct bag width. Finally, the sides of the packaging are also sealed with hot glue.
