Carton sealer S8 - Precise carton sealing, manual and efficient

The S8 carton sealer closes the top and bottom flaps of cartons of the same size quickly and reliably with machine adhesive tape. The height and width of the format are adjusted according to a simple principle: manual centering using a spindle. Your carton is guided safely through the machine via lateral conveyor belts. For ergonomic working, the optimum working height can be easily adjusted using telescopic feet.

Your advantages at a glance

  • Semi-automatic carton sealing with clean adhesive tape application
  • Fast manual format adjustment via spindle, no complicated tools required
  • Lateral conveyor belts ensure precise carton feed
  • Adjustable working height thanks to practical telescopic feet
  • Cardboard formats: Length from 150 mm, width up to 500 mm, height up to 500 mm
  • Output: up to 1,200 cartons per hour
  • Optional adhesive tape width: 50 mm or 75 mm

Packaging - As much as necessary,
as little as possible

BVS uses the NaturePak label for products that enable ecologically sound use, reduce CO2 emissions and generate less waste, regardless of the packaging material used.

Our strategy

  • Less packaging means less waste
  • Better protection through high quality
  • Packaging materials made from recycled raw materials or equivalent proportions
  • Economical packaging systems reduce material and energy consumption
  • Ecological customer solutions regardless of material
  • Objective information about different packaging materials

Packaging made from recycled paper

Paper pays off for people and the environment in the long term. It is even better to use paper with a high recycled content. Recycled paper optimizes water and energy consumption and thus protects the environment and climate by reducing waste. Recycled paper offers a wide range of added value for all users.

  • Protects the environment and reduces CO2 emissions
  • Saves energy and water
  • Less waste through optimal recycling

Plastic packaging with recycled content

Polyethylene films are increasingly being produced with a proportion of recycled material, which - as far as technically possible - is being continuously increased. They are the most modern and safest quality packaging for all branches of industry. Due to their low density and excellent physical and mechanical properties, PE films have major advantages over paper, cardboard, metal and glass.

  • Protects the environment and reduces CO2 emissions
  • Can be recycled again and again
  • Is a lightweight material with a high protective effect
  • Significantly reduces food waste when used in the food industry
  • Generates much less waste than glass, metal or paper
