ShrinkLine 70 Digit - your high-performance dual-chamber shrink tunnel for efficient packaging

The ShrinkLine 70 Digit is the perfect extension to our EasyLine modular angle sealing machines and makes your packaging line more efficient and smoother. It works with a double heating chamber with separate control, which ensures particularly uniform shrink results. The robust conveyor belt made of high-temperature-resistant plastic reliably stabilizes your products and minimizes wear.

The ShrinkLine 70 Digit is ideal for companies in the food, pharmaceutical, logistics and electronics sectors. The ShrinkLine 70 Digit streamlines your packaging processes and protects your goods securely thanks to precise film adjustment.

Your advantages at a glance

  • Two heating chambers with individual regulation for clean and controlled shrinking
  • Digital control of temperature and fan speed for precise adjustment to film type and product.
  • Nine freely programmable work profiles for quick changeover when requirements change.
  • Variably adjustable belt speed, optimally matched to your number of cycles.
  • Mobile thanks to swivel castors - flexible use in the production environment
  • Plastic conveyor belt: resistant to high temperatures, stable and durable

Why does the ShrinkLine 70 Digit pay off?

You get a shrink tunnel that combines performance with precision. Thanks to the sophisticated technology, in particular the controlled dual-chamber heating, you can achieve a perfect shrink pattern, even with demanding products and films. Packaging - As much as necessary,
as little as possible

BVS uses the NaturePak label for products that enable ecologically sound use, reduce CO2 emissions and generate less waste, regardless of the packaging material used.

Our strategy

  • Less packaging means less waste
  • Better protection through high quality
  • Packaging materials made from recycled raw materials or equivalent proportions
  • Economical packaging systems reduce material and energy consumption
  • Ecological customer solutions regardless of material
  • Objective information about different packaging materials

Packaging made from recycled paper

Paper pays off for people and the environment in the long term. It is even better to use paper with a high recycled content. Recycled paper optimizes water and energy consumption and thus protects the environment and climate by reducing waste. Recycled paper offers a wide range of added value for all users.

  • Protects the environment and reduces CO2 emissions
  • Saves energy and water
  • Less waste through optimal recycling

Plastic packaging with recycled content

Polyethylene films are increasingly being produced with a proportion of recycled material, which - as far as technically possible - is being continuously increased. They are the most modern and safest quality packaging for all branches of industry. Due to their low density and excellent physical and mechanical properties, PE films have major advantages over paper, cardboard, metal and glass.

  • Protects the environment and reduces CO2 emissions
  • Can be recycled again and again
  • Is a lightweight material with a high protective effect
  • Significantly reduces food waste when used in the food industry
  • Generates much less waste than glass, metal or paper
