The AVR1000 is a modern, fully automatic ring stretch winder. It uses a patented pre-stretch system with a carbon fiber ring and slip ring contacts. This allows the film to be pre-stretched up to 300 %, saving material and optimally securing the load.
As the pallet is not moved during the wrapping process, the ring principle is particularly gentle. This reduces wear and increases reliability. The wrapping process can be started and stopped flexibly at any height on the pallet. This means that special wrapping programs such as top wrapping or single wrapping are possible without any problems.
At the end, the end of the film is either automatically placed under the previous wrap or sealed using a halogen lamp. This guarantees a clean and safe finish without loose film ends. With an output of up to 100 pallets per hour, the AVR1000 combines high speed with high film efficiency.
