The banding machines in this series can be fed in line or at an angle. This produces banded packs from flat film, which are shrink-wrapped in the shrink tunnel to form stable, transport-safe packs. Whether semi-automatic or in line with infeed and outfeed belt, mechanical infeed or gripper discharge - the BM series adapts to your diverse requirements. The packs can be formed either in the machine or using pre-formed product groups.
The permanently heated and low-maintenance sealing system reliably processes polyethylene films with a thickness of 20 to 100 micrometers. Electronic temperature control and adjustable air flaps in the shrink tunnel ensure perfect shrink results.
