PAPERplus® Track combines speed and a high cushioning effect in a compact machine. The machine produces paper cushions in seconds directly at the packing station and achieves a particularly high cushioning effect with low material usage.
Thanks to the sturdy pads, the system is ideal for medium to large parcels weighing between five and 50 kilograms (shipping spare parts, electronic components and ceramic products). The system is characterized by its compact dimensions and can be easily integrated into existing shipping lines. The volume of the paper cushions can be set individually for each product and, thanks to the perforated paper, the paper cushions can be separated in a single operation. The machine is equipped with a touchscreen and can be controlled via the internet using a smartphone or tablet.
