The SKA is a mobile, space-saving system with an integrated skin-cardboard magazine and automatic cutting unit. It produces high-quality skin packaging by precisely joining your products with skin film and cardboard. The machine works quietly, requires little maintenance and is intuitive to operate.
Simply place the product on the lifting table - the skin carton is already integrated in the magazine, ready to hand. Start the process at the touch of a button: the pneumatic heating screen heats the film until it is malleable. Once the adjustable heating time has elapsed, the lifting table rises, the vacuum pump removes the air and fits the film precisely around the product - like a second skin. The frame then opens and the skin packaging is complete. The next film is drawn in automatically, enabling fast processes to be realized.
