The AutoLabel 600 is the ideal solution for efficient and flexible direct printing on bags, as there is no need for separate labels. Text, barcodes and graphics are printed directly onto AUTOBAG packaging. This saves on label material, reduces operating costs and simplifies maintenance.
The printing unit supports a variety of linear and 2D barcodes in different symbologies. The AutoLabel 600 therefore meets all requirements for product marking, traceability and legal labeling obligations. High-resolution graphic printing in combination with clear, legible fonts means that product information such as batches, expiration dates and logos can be reliably reproduced.
The scratch- and abrasion-resistant AutoLabel thermal transfer ribbon ensures long-lasting print results and is therefore ideal for applications in shipping, logistics and production. With the "AutoLabel Designer" label software, individual label layouts can be intuitively created, saved and managed in the network. Label formats with a width of up to 100 mm and a length of up to 500 mm are easily possible.
In combination with the AB-600 pouch packaging system, a high-performance complete print-and-pack system is created for modern packaging processes with high throughput and a high degree of individualization.
